Privacy policy

What we collect. When you subscribe to the Elavi letter we store your email address. When you place an order we store your name, delivery address, email address and what you bought, so that we can send the order, answer your questions and stand behind the warranty.

What we do with it. We use it to run the shop and to write to you about your order. If you subscribe, we write to you about the journal and about new products. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for advertising.

Why we are allowed to. We handle your order details because we have to in order to perform the contract with you. We send the letter because you asked us to, and you can change your mind at any time.

How long we keep it. Order records are kept for as long as the law requires us to keep them for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. A letter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe, and is deleted when you ask.

Your choices. You can unsubscribe from the letter from any email we send. You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to elaviebusiness@gmail.com. If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your country's data protection authority.

Cookies. The shop sets a cookie to keep your basket between pages, and a second one to keep the sign-in session. No advertising trackers are installed on this storefront.
