What we sell. The ELAVI Sculpt One is a handheld percussive massager. It is a device for massage and relaxation. It is not a medical device, it does not treat an injury or a condition, and it is no substitute for professional advice.

Who we are. ELAVI trades from France, and this page applies to every order placed on this store.

Orders. An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, where a price was listed in error, or where we cannot ship to the address given.

Returns. You may return an unused item within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition and packaging. We arrange the return and cover the return shipping within the EU and UK. The right to cancel under the law of your country is not affected by anything on this page.

Faults. Every device carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Write to us and we will repair or replace it. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Safety. Do not use the device on broken, irritated or freshly treated skin, and stop if you feel discomfort. Keep it away from water, and follow the care instructions that came with it.

Law. These terms are governed by French law. If you live elsewhere, the consumer law of your own country still protects you, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country.
