Returns and exchanges

30 days to change your mind. If the ritual is not for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return.

Items should be in their original condition with any packaging. We cover the return shipping within the EU and UK.

Faults. Every device carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults. If something goes wrong, contact us and we will repair or replace it.
